NCIEDI and Partner Non-Profits to Host Rleigh MED Week Event on Oct. 1

Since 1983, the U.S. President has proclaimed a national MED Week observance to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of minority business enterprises and to honor those corporations and financial institutions supporting minority business development. Raleighs MED Week celebrates the achievements of minority entrepreneurs and affirms government, business and community organizations' commitment to the principle of equal opportunity.
On Friday, October 2nd NC Indian Economic Dev Initiative, NC Community Development Initiative and the NC Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will co-host an Open House for networking & refreshments among minority business owners and MED Week participants. The event will be from 11:00am to 1:00pm in the The Initiative Building 5800 Faringdon Place, Raleigh NC.
